The roots of our Bossolasco family settle in the Saviglianese countryside in the province of Cuneo, a land of great agricultural tradition at the foot of the Monviso. The farm has over a century of experience behind it. In 2013 they gave life to an ambitious and stimulating project: to produce artisanal pasta obtained exclusively from durum wheat grown in Piedmont within their own fields.
From sowing to processing, Bossolasco Piedmontese Pasta follows the entire supply chain before reaching our tables. Excellent cooking resistance and authentic flavor of proudly Piedmontese wheat are the main qualitative characteristics of this product. Made by the Bossolasco farm in the Savigliano countryside, using artisanal methods of bronze drawing and slow drying.
The combination of ancient knowledge and modern techniques come together to create an artisanal pasta of excellent quality and proudly Piedmontese.
