We present Davide Taricco's D&D company.

We are already in the second generation of this great vocation. Davide Taricco continues the family business with strong experience acquired in the field. Davide says he grew up among the various farms in Piedmont that he visited with his father since he was a child. Thanks to him he learned to first select the farms, in which he personally verifies the animal nutrition and welfare paths, and secondly the animals. Even today Davide dedicates a couple of days of the week to selecting the animals that allow him to obtain superior quality meat. These are mostly adult females, who are initially dedicated for the cow/calf line, and are subsequently selected for slaughter, each after a minimum of 30 months of life. Their diet is based on corn, barley, soy and hay, with supplements of mineral salts and vitamins. The experience in the selection of animals is the first step to obtain continuity in the quality of the final product, the careful and precise processing of the product means that the final customer is very satisfied and finds no defects in the product, so much so that the company practically never receives complaints about the meat they produce.

Davide Taricco purchases cattle from selected small and medium-sized agricultural companies located in Piedmont, between the provinces of Cuneo and Turin.

Among the next company objectives there are some important ISO certifications to further guarantee the high quality of the meat.
