Sustainability is a common ideal of the Armatore fleet, we are proud to practice one of the most controlled fishing techniques in the world.
We also firmly believe in the traceability of our catch. This is testified by the short chain of our anchovies, processed within a few hours of the fishing trip, which reduces the distances that food travels. Armatore's products are the result of devotion to the sea.
