Bombons Cudié is a family business that insists on using only the best gourmet chocolate and the best quality ingredients available.
A story that begins in 1940 when Josep Cudié began working as a baker at Cal Catani, in Villafranca de Penedès, a patisserie known for its chocolate nuggets. Becoming more and more passionate about this world, between 1943 and 1946 he decided to set up his own business by opening a small pastry shop where he dedicated himself to the production of chocolates, in particular to the emblematic Catànies.
The way in which they are produced i Catànies is the best kept secret of the Cudié family. A unique formula that has remained exclusive thanks to the exquisite combination of Mediterranean Marcona almonds and the secret family recipe of the white praline.
