The Il Molinaccio farm is located in Tuscany, in the territory of Montepulciano, in the province of Siena. Built on the remains of an ancient mill of the ancient Medicean town of Montepulciano, it is already represented in the ancient cadastral maps with the name "Molinaccio".

The philosophy of respect for the environment that surrounds us also applies to wine and therefore no herbicides or pesticides are used. copper, to contain pests and diseases of the vineyard. Most of the work is done by hand, including green pruning and harvesting. The future project is to be able to avoid using diesel-powered machinery.

In the cellar the vinification process is carefully followed in order to continuously check the stability of the wine and with the sole management of the temperature the company is able to complete the correct fermentation, avoiding the use of yeasts commercial.
By not using substances external to the nature of the wine and the proprietary grapes, the result is an important but intact wine that reflects the typical characteristics of the Tuscan land.
