Cantabrian anchovies in salt 2,5kg
The "Black Label" Cantabrian salting of the Lotamar company is produced with fish caught exclusively in the Cantabrian Sea during the summer months.
After fishing, the anchovies are processed completely by hand and immediately selected one by one to be salted in the barrels. Here they remain for nine months, after which they are handcrafted and placed in the characteristic tin box with olive oil. Each fillet is tender, meaty, flavorful and you won't find a single thorn! A real treat for the palate.
