Champagne Cuvée de Reserve Les Gamins de Max from Lequien & Fils comes with a large persistent foam collar, formed by a multitude of fine bubbles. The dress is golden yellow with perfect clarity.
On the nose, it is initially elegant and expressive with aromas of orange blossom and citrus (mandarin). During the tasting, there are notes of candied fruit, pear and a hint of honey and caramel. At the end, a touch of licorice.
Full-bodied and generous on the palate. The structure is balanced by a pleasant roundness. A delicate dosage gives it a refreshing finish.
