Warm color with very slight coppery specks, the nose is a concentrate of aromas: bitter orange, apricot, very mineral, reminiscent of toasted barley, flint, smoky hints of peat, spontaneous herbs such as fennel; the balsamic scent continues in the mouth, with black pepper and anise. Very long finish with great structure.
This wine can be accompanied by noble dishes of sea or land cuisine: first courses with rich sauces based on poultry and feathered game, or tasty fish sauces.
