Persistent and balanced, with notes of honey, dried fruit and chocolate, is the taste obtained by a sweet roasting that combines the traditional "drum" method and an air convection process.
The coffee "Ateco" 100% biological it grows near the borders of Guatemala, Chiapas (Mexico), at 1800 meters, where it is then harvested by hand according to tradition. Also in this place, the Lavazza Foundation supports over 900 farmers with training tools and sustainable agricultural practices capable of increasing the quality of the beans and the constant renewal of the plantations.
