Kafa is one of the finest coffees in the world, because it comes from the first coffee plants from which all the others originated.
It was born in the Ethiopian forest, where coffee grows spontaneously with a minimum intervention of the locals, who from generation to generation pass down the secrets to preserve these precious plants by collecting their precious fruits.
Harvesting is done by hand after careful selection while drying occurs naturally in the sun.
