In cases of purchase by credit card, the Bank will only authorize the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made. If you change your mind and decide to cancel the order or in any other case of termination of the contract, we will ask the Bank to cancel the transaction and you will be refunded the committed amount. The timing of release and re-credit of the sums paid depend exclusively on the banking system and the customer's credit card manager and can reach their expected expiry date (24th day from the date of authorization).

Once the transaction has been canceled, we cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for delays and / or damages caused by the banking system. In order to protect the purchase, we may, in particular cases, request additional information or send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. In the event that you do not provide such information and / or copies, we reserve the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. For this reason we cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on our site.

The order will be successful only when you are redirected to the Kuccagna Market site after the transaction.

If you choose to use Paypal as a payment method, we inform you that it retains commissions on the total amount of your order, so in the case of a refund or cancellation of the order, the amount that will be charged to you will be the total amount minus Paypal commission fees.

Payment by bank transfer

If you decide to pay by bank transfer in advance, the order will be processed only after receiving confirmation of the credit from the bank. Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order, once this deadline has passed, the order will be automatically canceled.

Remember that the purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number, order date and name and surname of the customer.

At the time of the order you will receive an email containing the bank details to which the transfer should be made.

Attention: the availability of the products will be evaluated only at the time of accreditation, so it is possible that some products on the site at the time of the order are no longer available. In this case, you will be refunded the corresponding amount.

Once the transfer has been made, we recommend that you send a copy of the same by email to confirm the order and help us speed up the processing phase.
