Surfin'Blu is an original buffalo cheese produced starting from the best forms of Blu di bufala ripe at the right point, refined with Surfing Hop, a craft beer produced by the Toccalmatto brewery, richly hopped and with an important alcohol content (8, 5%). The particular refinement technique, which lasts for at least 60 days, gives the Surfin'Blu an unmistakable aroma to the nose that combined with a unique creaminess allows you to appreciate the typical taste of Blue cheeses for a long time, enriching it with sweet and fatty notes.
Blue cheese, raw paste, matured for more than 3 months and refined in a square-shaped craft beer, produced with pasteurized whole buffalo milk.
