Da Hong Pao Tea Gin is a gin produced in London's Bimber Distillery. A product obtained from the infusion of dried leaves of Da Hong Pao tea, one of the finest varieties of oolong tea, which grows in the Wuyi mountains, in southern China, and is characterized by floral, sweet and mineral notes.
These notes are found in a gin bottled at an alcohol content of 51.8%, to maintain the full intensity of the flavors.

Aroma: Notes of earth, dried flowers, roasted tea and notes of juniper.
Palate: Sweet and warm, a mineral scent, charcoal, then gentle notes of flowers.
Finish: Rich and warm, with notes of wood
