Yozugin Japanese craft gin

This very special Yuzugin is produced using only selected Japanese botanicals: cucumber, Japanese elderberry and Japanese pepper.
The main ingredient is the Japanese Yuzu fruit. This particular citrus is found only in Japan.
For the preparation of Yuzugin, two vintage cuvée shochu made with Beni Satsuma sweet potatoes are used. A great originality of Maison Kyoya comes from the fact that these shochus were fermented in traditional terracotta vats before distillation.
Introduced to the Japanese market in 2017 in very limited quantities, no more than 500 bottles were produced.
