Grappa EVO Fumo Riserva 50cl
"Fumo" is a "blend" of distillates of "reserve" pomace, i.e. aged in barriques of different woods. Its uniqueness consists in having "married" the smoke of vegetable peat, before distillation.
The scent is elegant and complex, sweet notes of dried and ripe fruit: dates and raisins mixed with hazelnut , carob, tobacco, cinnamon, licorice and vanilla. In the background the heady scent of spiced speck peel. There is no alcoholic “pungency” felt. The taste is persuasive and unique, with hints of ripe fruit, honey and vanilla. The smoky taste that "appears" after swallowing is surprising, creating a real gustatory journey in the mouth. The aftertaste has a strong presence of ripe plums, dried fruit and spicy notes.

The uniqueness of FUMO consists in having "married" the strong personality of vegetable peat smoke (smoking prior to distillation) with the softness of Cherry. FUMO is a blend and therefore the result of an assembly of several spirits, obtained from marc of different types and from different vintages. Each type individually confers a specific characteristic to the product. SMOKE may have slight differences in color and organoleptic profile from batch to batch and given its originality it could create light sediments. This helps to further enhance the characteristics of absolute authenticity and craftsmanship.
