The Salame Nostrano by Salumi Montali is handcrafted by a small family business in the Riano di Langhirano area in the province of Parma
La Corte was born at the end of the 19th century as an agricultural farmhouse and milk processing in the old family dairy, and was then transformed with great pride in 2014 as a place for curing cured meats. Thanks to its characteristic stone walls and the mountain air that enters from the large windows, an ideal microclimate is created for the products that are seasoned, giving them soul, flavor and aroma.
