

From the native Cerasuola cultivar in Menfi (AG), LOLIO di Cerasuola Mandrarossa is born, a single-variety oil with a strong character, ideal combined with legume soups, boiled or grilled meat and salads.
This aromatic and spicy oil is obtained through the manual harvesting technique of the Cerasuola varieties in purity and a continuous, cold extraction system, capable of making every dish tasty and appetizing.
