

From the native Nocellara cultivar in Menfi (AG), LOLIO di Nocella Mandrarossa is born, a single variety oil with a strong character, ideal combined with cut of meat, boiled meat, cooked vegetables, legume soups and fish.
This decisive and full-bodied oil is obtained through the manual harvesting technique of the Nocellara varieties in purity and a continuous, cold extraction system, a slightly spicy oil with a hint of sweetness.
