Sòber Wine's Garganega Totale is a 100% Garganega originally from Monte Crocetta in Terrarossa du Roncà, northern area of the Soave DOC, Monti Lessini.

The Pied de Cuvée vinification of mild indigenous grapes, on their own skins for eight months, gives us a pink-orange wine, which on the nose shows citrus hints, balsamic and exotic fruit hints. In the mouth it is sapid and mineral, dry with a light tannic texture with an acidic shoulder that accompanies the drink.

It is a wine made through processes that do not see the use of chemical products, but the use of natural adjuvants.
Aged in cement, without natural or chemical additives, unfiltered and without added sulphites
