The vision of in Konserva of the traditional Sicilian caponata:
Eggplant, onion, pepper and semi-dried tomato come together to give life to my personal reinterpretation of this recipe. The whole thing is completed with the enveloping scent of mint.

The vegetables cut by hand and preserved in high oleic sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil, without the addition of preservatives, give life to new and fresh flavours.

For its intense taste it is the ideal combination with a roastbeef, an Angus bresaola, aged cheeses, or as a simple side dish. Also great as a dressing for rice salads.
