Langhe Nebbiolo 2016
Nebbiolo di Oddero is grown in the municipality of La Morra, at an altitude of 200 m a.s.l., east exposure. The age of the vineyards is 15 years and the vinification takes place by selecting the grapes in the vineyard, during the harvest, alcoholic fermentation with maceration for about 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging in oak barrels of various capacities for about a year. Bottling in autumn. This is a typical Nebbiolo, with a ruby red color, a beautiful bouquet of violets and red fruit, with a pleasant tannin that recalls the land of the Langa
