Cavadiserpe IGT Mandrarossa 2019
Mandrarossa's "Cavadiserpe" is a wine created from international grapes that perfectly reflects the typicality of the splendid Sicilian terroir of Agrigento. A Merlot and an Alicante Bouschet which in the glass shows an intense ruby red color with purple hues. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruit, hints of plum jam, hints of licorice root, spices, noble woods and herbs of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it has good structure, with a wide and enveloping sip, harmonious tannic texture, long and persistent finish.
