Bardolino DOC of Tenuta La Presa is presented in the glass in its brilliant ruby color with good transparency. From the glass emerge tasty notes of wild strawberries, a hint of red currant and crunchy cherry pulp, together with hints of freshly blossomed red rose petals and a balsamic reminder that refreshes the bouquet. On the palate it is agile, fresh and very savory, with juicy fruity sensations. The tannin is pleasant, present but not intrusive, and closes the sip in an elegant way.

Served chilled, around 12-14 degrees, it is suitable for a caciucco or a tuna tartare. Served slightly warmer, around 16 degrees, it is a good table companion for a tasty plate of fresh pasta, or for a grilled steak.
