Opera Noir is a Trento DOC Rosé produced from the vinification of the most scattered bunches of Pinot Noir, coming from the happiest vineyards of the Cembra Valley, at an altitude between 500 and 580 meters.

The devotion to the mountains of this Trento DOC is manifested in the fine and continuous effervescence and in the bold and bright pink color, which brings to mind the poetic sunsets of the Dolomite enrosadira.

The intense and at the same time elegant perfume strongly recalls the fragrant scent of dog rose, with fruity hints of wild strawberry, currant and blackberry.
The taste is fresh, clean, with a marked mineral note typical of the porphyry soils from which it comes.
The finish is long, harmonious, rightly sweet, with aromas of dried figs and rhododendron honey
