Aged in oak barrels, a product that makes us discover all the potential of each single vintage, telling its specificities. The 1997 is a full-bodied, tasty rum, with a strong and intense character, which leaves little space for indices, especially in the mouth. Unmissable.
Intense coppery yellow color. The nose recalls notes of tobacco, wood and honey. In the mouth it recalls hazelnut, honey and on a very dry finish, some notes of sour fruit.
Thanks to the intuition of the founder Jacques Bally since 1924 the rums of the best vintage are systematically put aside, without being blended with other years. An intuition of a crazy modernity that translates the idea of terroir and vintage typical of wine into the world of agricultural rums.
