Caroni batch # 5 shows what remains of the Trinidad distillery on the label: an abandoned warehouse. This Single Cask by Caroni, selected exclusively by Beija-Flor for the Italian market, has matured for 23 years, bottled at the full degree of 63.1%, unfiltered cold and not artificially colored. It is a limited edition of 131 pieces.

Aroma: Medicinal smoke, oil, tar, then honey, blueberry jam, honey and butter cream. Cocoa, coconut and wood spices.
Palate: Intense tannin, then molasses, vanilla, ripe tropical fruit and dried apricots. Licorice, chocolate and orange jam.
Final: Toasted oak, then here is eucalyptus and salted caramel, infinite.
