Mezcal Alipus San Baltazar
Produced from cultivated agaves of the Espadin variety and distilled in 280 liter copper stills by Don Cosme Hernandez and his son Cirilo in the village of San Baltazar Guelavila, the Aipus San Baltazar is a fruity and herbaceous mezcal.
It is characterized by notes of juicy fruit, coconut, moist earth, herbs and smoke.
Transparent and crystalline, the nose is very particular with its herbaceous tones, citrus hints and slightly smoky. The taste returns to the sensations found in the olfactory, with the sip that enhances the typical sweetness of the agave, turning towards a clean and persistent finish, full of smoky returns.
Excellent to drink straight, but also to accompany typical local dishes such as sopa de tortilla or the traditional guacamole.
