Mezcal Alipus San Juan
Mezcal Joven "San Juan" is characterized by the fruity and mineral tones that originate in the clayey soils of the San Juan del Rio mountains. It is produced by the master Don Joel Cruz together with his sons for Alipús: only agave espadin, which after cooking with oak wood passes into a mill pulled by mules and fermented together with the pulp for 6 days and is finally distilled twice with copper stills .
