The Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Mushroom grows in an area where much of the Italian biodiversity is concentrated, favored by the contiguity of the European and Mediterranean climatic zones.

This mushroom is an ideal ingredient in the preparation of many traditional dishes: raw in very thin slices with flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, with polenta, in sauces or as a filling for fresh pasta, sautéed, grilled or in oil.
