This new limited edition of Tomatin is the result of aging for over 36 years in a combination of first fill Oloroso Sherry Butts and traditional oak barrels.
Without the addition of artificial colors and not cold filtered, it is bottled at 46%. He earned four gold medals in the S. Francisco World Spirits Competition and a score of 96.5 / 100 in Jim Murray's 2018 Whiskey Bible.
Aroma: Fragrant and enveloping, with tropical fruit, passion fruit, light cream, humidor and elegant spices.
Palate: Very deep, powerful, still tropical and creamy, dried fruit, cloves.
Final: Long and persistent, delicate notes of wood and more ripe fruit. Excellent.
