This single malt Scotch whiskey from the Glenrothes distillery comes to us through WM Cadenhead's Small Batch range of independently bottled whiskeys.
The Speyside spirit was placed in bourbon casks in 1989 and left to mature for 24 long years before being bottled by one of the oldest independent bottlers in Scotland.

Full gold amber color, on the nose aromas of caramelized sugars, woody fruits, pear and banana esters, something quite green and vegetable on the nose, new leaves, foliage, greengage, gooseberries, apples, grapes and melon quite fresh fruits.
Soft on the palate, rich maple syrup, demerara sugar, candies / sweets.
