Springbank 12 Y.O. Cask Strength Release 2021, after 12 years of maturation, this expression developed a lot of caramel, honey and citrus, while still boasting classic Springbank salinity at its heart.
Nose: honeycomb, lion bars, sesame pops, oily smoke and a hint of dried citrus peel.
Palate: Orange comes to the fore, with sea salt and black pepper for balance. Crispy brown sugar and some puff pastry.
Finish: dried cedar, caramel, a hint of candied tropical fruit.
