Pinot Gris Grand Cru Brand 2018
Pinot Gris Grand Cru BRAND is a sweet / mellow wine born on a hill with warm granite soils overlooking Turckheim. Exposed to the south-east, it rises to an altitude of 380 m. Set on a granite substrate called Turckheim, with two altered micas, it offers a sandy and coarse soil. These aromas explode on the palate supported by a fairly fresh structure that gives the wine a fiery allure of youth and that will allow it to wait two or three years. This softness will make a beautiful pairing with a stir-fried foie gras with tangerines or a baked cheese.
