Urra di mare Bianco Sicilia DOC is a wine produced by the Mandrarossa company originally from Sicily, more precisely from the beautiful Menfi.
The south and south-west exposure on clayey and limestone soils and the beneficial action of the sea breezes give a fresh wine with delicate vegetal notes. A new and different expression of the best known Sauvignon produced in other regions.
The wine has a straw yellow color with brilliant golden reflections. The aroma is intense, with aromas of citrus, peach, apricot and hints of mint and basil. On the palate it presents excellent harmony between fruit aromas and minerality, with a fresh and persistent finish.
Perfect served at a temperature of 9 ° - 11 ° C with oysters, seafood salads or grilled fish.
