Champagne Brut Millesime Le Cantonnier 2015
The brut millesime 15 by Lequien & Fils is limpid, slightly amber. Beautiful effervescence, later leaving a fine and persistent edge.
The nose is open and expressive with notes of yellow-fleshed fruits. A few touches of honey, candied fruit and licorice give this wine a nice maturity.
In the mouth the aromatic notes are in perfect harmony with the nose. A well balanced, mature wine with good persistence on the palate.
