SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This site is owned by Kuccagna Srl ("Kuccagna Market") - Via Guglielmo Marconi, 28 - 26020 Palazzo Pignano - Italy - VAT number  01687570190

Kuccagna Market has been created for the sale to private consumers and companies of food, wine and spirits in compliance with the Italian legislation governing distance sales contracts.

The sale is governed by these SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS and by the procedures indicated in detail in the various sections of this site under the respective headings PAYMENTS, DELIVERY and PRIVACY POLICY which are deemed an integral and substantive part of the sale contract. We would therefore invite the Customer, before submitting the order, to carefully read the sale conditions as identified above and the information contained therein, and to print or save the same on another permanent support accessible to him/her.

Any amendments or new sale conditions will be notified promptly to the customer and will take effect from the time of publication on the website, being applied only to sales concluded following the publication of the same.

The submission of the order by the Customer is deemed valid as acceptance of the sale conditions in force at that time.

Purchasing on Kuccagna Market is extremely easy:

  • proceed to the checkout to pay
  • enter your details
  • confirm the order

Art. 1 – Conclusion of the contract

The order submitted to Kuccagna Market must be completed in full and must contain the elements necessary for the identification of the Customer and the products ordered, as well as details of the delivery address, on pain of invalidity. Kuccagna Market will send to the Customer an e-mail confirming receipt of the order and containing a reference to the applicable sales conditions.

Art. 2 – Availability and delivery

Kuccagna Market undertakes to accept orders within the limits of the stocks of goods available. Kuccagna Market undertakes, moreover, pursuant to the law, to inform the Customer promptly of the non-availability of the ordered product.

If, despite the care we take to prevent this, upon payment confirmation the ordered product should prove to be temporarily unavailable, Kuccagna Market reserves the right to suggest an article of equivalent quality and price, without charging any additional costs to the customer. Where this is not possible, or if the Customer does not wish to accept a replacement, he or she may decide whether to wait for the product to be available again or to cancel the order, again without any additional costs.

Instead, in the case of permanent non-availability, should it not be possible to supply an article of equivalent quality and price, the order will be automatically cancelled.

We would also remind you that with credit card payment the amount will actually be charged 7 days from receipt of the order. Consequently, in the event that an article is not available and it is not possible to make a replacement, the credit card will be charged only for the value of the goods actually available.
