

Selection of a small farm that grows corn, raises pigs and with skilled hands bags these fantastic salamis especially for us.
The pigs are fattened on the farm over 200 kg.
About 90% of the farm's land is planted with corn, a staple food for feeding its pigs. Our farming methods pay particular attention to the welfare of the pigs to obtain adequate meat quality.
All animals also have the necessary space available to coexist in a group without stress and competition.
