The only Dagueneau wine produced outside the Loire Valley, in collaboration with Guy Putras. About 3 hectares of vineyards, roughly twenty years old, extend on clay soil in the municipality of Aubertin in the South-West region. Biodynamic management, harvest is manual and fermentation takes place in oak barrels, this Petit Manseng is aged for 16-18 months in oak barrels: a Moelleux wine, that is, it contains between 12 and 45 grams / liter of sugar, never cloying and decidedly deep. The Jurançon "Les Jardins de Babylone" of the Domaine Didier Dagueneau is a jewel of rare beauty.
