A red, Donna Chiara, which has been produced since 2001 and which aims to represent a gateway to the world of Aglianico. It is in fact a balanced and harmonious wine, vinified in steel tanks only and left to mature for a few months in cask in order to smooth out any edges.
From an Aglianico this “Rosso Irpino” is obtained with a broad, intense and persistent aroma of raspberry jam, with a full flavor, generous and elegant wine of great structure, aristocratic and excellent breed. To be combined with strong and tasty dishes such as roasts and game.
Serve at a temperature of 18/20 ° C
