This Puligny-Montrachet is a cuvée of 4 parcels located in the municipality of Puligny, with grapes from vines of at least 50 years.
The vinification takes place in steel vats where it is then aged in old barrels.
It has a pale golden yellow color. The nose is bright and lively, with hints of citrus, almond, apple and exotic fruit. In the mouth it is balanced and supported by a nice acid shoulder with a strong minerality, long persistence.
Ideal to combine with fish dishes, fresh or semi-aged cheeses.
