The Amaranth bitter comes from a careful study that lasted several years, and is obtained by hydroalcoholic infusion of aromatic herbs, roots, flowers, saffron, citrus peel. It is characterized on the nose by predominant hints of cinchona, rhubarb, gentian, while in the mouth the notes of gentian and orange emerge with personality. Excellent in mixing, but also to be enjoyed straight.

The Amaranto Bitter, produced by the Il Re dei Re liqueur factory, in fact earned the gold medal in its category at the International Spirits Award ISW 2019, as well as the maximum recognition as the best bitter in the world 2020. A reconfirmation, given that the title was touched to the bitter of the city of Labron also in 2019
