Didier Dagueneau is the producer of this Les Jardins de Babylone Jurançon Demi Sec 2017, a white wine from the DO Jurançon with a selection of 2/3 petit manseng and 1/3 gros manseng of the 2017 vintage and with an alcohol content of 10% .
The pleasant residual sweetness is balanced by a wide acidity. Ideal paired with spicy cheeses, fruit pies or caramel tarts for a delicious after dinner.
Fermentation takes place in wood and then for a year in barrique, followed by 11 months in vats. It rests in the bottle for 6 months.
