Very bright intense straw yellow, this wine reveals hints of pastry and coffee, cappuccino, soft butter, puff pastry, milk and honey to the nose; then follow the exotic scents of papaya and white melon; on the palate it is creamy like milk froth, very persistent and with a complete and satisfying finish.

Thanks to its softness it can support any combination, especially those with strong flavors: blue fish, or the queens of molluscs, oysters.
