Opera Nature 2009 120 months on the lees shows pleasant fruity and floral notes and a strong reference to apricot, golden apple and lightly toasted hazelnut. The scent of yeast, delicate and fine, completes the olfactory picture, while the taste is dominated by minerality and freshness.

The Spumante Nature Millesimato by Opera is a Blanc de Blancs obtained from Chardonnay grapes in purity that has a truly fine and persistent perlage and which immediately strikes for the marked minerality that derives from the Dolomite soil, typically rich in limestone and from the mountain climate, with strong temperature variations between day and night.
In a unique environment, immersed in the mountains of the Val di Cembra, on daring, steep and steep slopes, the heroic viticulture of Opera is born, a winery that has made the enhancement of the local territory its mission.
