After years of collaboration with Italo Vezzoli, creator of our panettone, we are pleased to present the Colomba.
Naturally leavened baked confectionery product without candied citrus fruits, with drops of lemon cream.
This colomba is produced with only natural mother yeast, which Italo Vezzoli has been carrying on for 3 generations through meticulous care, when grandfather Guido began baking in the distant 1920.
The result of a slow leavening of over 36 hours gives lightness to the product, the pronounced alveoli are the maximum testimony, a dove that becomes an experience without weighing down or tiring.

type 00 soft WHEAT flour, BUTTER, EGG yolk, 10% drops of lemon cream (MILK sugar, powder, lemon), sugar, natural yeast (00 soft WHEAT flour, water), acacia honey, cocoa butter, malted WHEAT flour, icing (type 00 soft WHEAT flour, sugar, ALMOND granulated sugar, EGG white).
