It is an Italian, organic gin, produced with the Compound method in Alta Langa, on the border between Piedmont and Liguria, in the area known for the tales of Fenoglio and Pavese.

The main ingredients, in addition of course to juniper, are sage and lemon, considered excellent digestives according to the Piedmontese tradition to which this Gin mainly refers. The distillation, on the other hand, takes place under vacuum, at extremely cold temperatures, thanks to the use of a latest generation rotary evaporator which is the real engine of this small Italian distillery.

Its original and unusual packaging is inspired by the world of motors, a great passion of its manufacturer.
