

Nobile di Montepulciano La Spinosa comes from Sangiovese grapes followed by vinification in steel tanks without the use of selected yeasts, maceration at a controlled temperature lasting 20/25 days.
After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in artisanal French Allier oak barrels with a capacity of 25HL, for 15 months and for another 6 months in the bottle.
At sight medium dull garnet. On the nose, dark spices, black pepper and cloves, small dark fruits and a hint of dried aromatic herbs (dill). Mouth tannic, fresh, balanced, which makes the sip pleasant.
