Kairos 2019
Kairos is a robust and very intense red wine, aged for 36 months in barrique and obtained from the assembly of 15 grape varieties, 11 of which are red berried. It is offered with notes of fruit and undergrowth, tobacco and cinnamon and to the smile it releases richness, enveloping and great personality.
Grapes: 4 whites (Garganega, Tuscan Trebbiano, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay) and 11 reds (Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syraz, Teroldego, Croatina, Oseleta, Sangiovese and Marzemino)
Ideal paired with game, white meats, red meats, medium-aged cheeses and mature cheeses.
