Champagne Rosè Brut Dom Perignon 2006 with box
The Dom Perignon Brut Rosè Champagne is made up of 57% Pinot Noir and 43% Chardonnay. The grapes come from some of the oldest and most precious Grand Cru and Premier Cru. At the base there is a strict selection that admits only the best grapes, those really worthy of being transformed into Champagne Brut Rosè that will bear the signature of Dom Perignon. Once the various parts have been assembled, the wine is bottled and sent to the second fermentation. The stay on the lees is very long and elevates an already noble base to absolute excellence. The wait for this precious bubble is 84 months.
