The grapes destined for this elegant and eclectic Rosé Cuvée Millesimata are harvested at dawn: the dawn crystallizes in the bottle with its coral nuances, its undergrowth scents and the promise of a new beginning.
Very elegant coral pink, the scent enhances the notes of fruit, from ripe cherries to blood orange, through currant and sour cherries in syrup; continues with beeswax and gentian root. On the palate the fruit dominates once more, a long trail of pomegranate, pink grapefruit and extreme juiciness.
It is a very drinkable wine despite its full structure, certainly a valid substitute for red wines on red meat preparations, perhaps with short cooking or light marinades; also to be tried on risotto made with fish products.
